Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and shipping, mostly shipping our equipment
- Capable of driving 24,000 lb. tow motor. Mounting refrigeration components onto frame (compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans)
- Help connect & disconnect units on test rig, water piping.
- Prep units for shipping after being tested, and install sheet metal panels where needed
- Touch up paint on units as needed
- Clean around facility, organize materials and equipment
- Install piping, brackets, fasten parts, tearing down units, package parts, make crates as needed
- Dispose of wood and cardboard as needed
- Regular checks on tow motors for hydraulic oil and lubrication
- Must be able to work safely, be dedicated to performing quality work, and be productive.
- Identify and operate proper tools needed to complete tasks and use them effectively.
- Use hand and power tools for general repairs around the building
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or distribution environment required
- Experience with tools and reading tape measure
- License to operate forklifts, tow motors, crane required
