Job description: Express Employment Professionals of Delta is currently looking for a Radio Frequency Welder Operator for our Delta client. This is a full time permanent position with the company.
Require energetic individuals able to work in a multicultural environment. This position is primarily as the lead welder operator responsible for joining urethane and/or PVC fabrics in the production of our products.
** Experience in the operation and use of a Radio Frequency Heat Seal Machine
** Ability to read engineering design layout drawings/blueprints
** Ability to complete quality control documents
** Ability to lift 10 lbs at shoulder height
** Ability to work in the sitting position, standing, squatting, and/or on hands and knees
** Ability to work in a team environment in the production of large industrial fabric products
Note: If persons are available that have fabric cutting experience this would be extremely beneficial to this position.
This is primarily a night shift position 4 x 10 hour shifts per week – Monday thru Thursday
Shift times are 5:15 p.m. to 3:45 a.m.
During busy times other shifts may be required
Weekends – 3 x 12 hour shifts – Friday thru Sunday (6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
During slower times day shift may be required Monday thru Thursday (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Rate for this position is $16.60 – $20.00/ hr based on experience plus a night shift premium of $1.25/hr.
