Job title: General Laborer – Window Production

Job description: Our client has been providing quality steel products to both the residential and the commercial building industries for over fifty years. They produce patented basement window egress systems that provide light and safety to basement living space.

We are looking for several general laborers to construct the window fames and braces at their Dorchester location
This position is on a straight day shift and pays $18.00 per hour.
Your own reliable transportation is required because of the Dorchester location

Duties:
– building wooden window braces according to specific dimensions
– accurate measuring and sawing boards and panels
– maintain safety and health standards at all times

Requirements:
– ability to operate equipment on site, light machinery and tools
– heavy lifting needed- up to 60lbs
– able to read and follow directions
– able to measure accurately
– ability to work productively and pat close attention to detail
– handyman experience is an asset
