Job description: Our client in Mississauga is hiring for a temporary to permanent job as a cutter General Labourer / to work in their facility of loading dock solutions for warehousing, manufacturing and distribution.

We have available for someone with general labour experience with cutting experience and who is mechanically inclined and looking for experience in the production environment. Full training provided.

our client is looking for a long term candidate, your training is 4-5 months where you shadowing their current employee to fully work independently.

Location: Britannia Rd E – Dixie rd

Shift: Mornings, 7AM – 3PM , Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $24 per hour

Advantages
– Weekly pay
– Competitive hourly rate $18.75 per hour
– Afternoon shift, 3pm-11pm
– Full-time hours, 40 HOUR WORK WEEK
– Optional benefits from SunLife from day 1

Responsibilities
– Cutting fabric (Vinyl) – you will fetch a vinyl roll from a carousel and cut it according to client requirements.
– Sew door seal fabric together
– Cutting multiple dimensions
– Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications
– Reading and interpreting blueprints
– Experience with cutting tools such as handle cutting machine.
– Excellent manual dexterity, ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
– Able to long for the duration of the shift
– Wear personal protective equipment as prescribed
