Our client is a Canadian leader in meat production and manufacturing. We are hiring Packagers for their location on Glover Road in Hamilton.

Positions start as soon as possible and openings are available for different shifts.

Shift Timings:-

Monday – Friday

Mornings: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate starts at $17/hr

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities in this Meat Packaging Labour role, will be but not limited to:

• Working on the production line by taking packages of meat and packing them into boxes OR slicing cold cuts
• Dedicated to creating a high-quality product that consistently meets production specifications
• Garbage clean up
• Contributes to a healthy work environment, while maintaining high food safety and health and safety standards

Qualifications
What we are looking for!

• General labour experience required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with cold cut meat products
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment: 0-4 degrees
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with repetitive tasks
• Can work well in a team environment and support fellow team members
