POSITION: General Labourer
LOCATION: Vernon, British Columbia

DESCRIPTION:
Rate of Pay: $24.75/hr
The General Labourer role is a great entry-level, hourly position within a unionized environment where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of brewery operations such as our packaging line and warehouse.
This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to learn about brewery operations, for those looking for seasonal work and/or for people with a flexible schedule as this person will be called in on a need-only basis.
Description:
- Pallet jack training provided
- Machine operator training provided as necessary
- General warehouse training provided
- Pick orders and fill pallets
- Cleaning and organizing of warehouse and packaging spaces
- Daily COVID cleaning regime
- When packaging and/or operational needs arise, the General Labourer is often brought in to support in a variety of utility roles
- Machine operation where needed such as the depalletizer, palletizer, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate will be required to bring their own CSA approved Steel Toed Boots (boot allowance provided after probation is passed)
- All other PPE required to wear in the facility is provided
