1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the world’s largest junk removal service (No Contact Junk Removal) and we are now actively hiring Truck Team Members who are results-driven, enjoy physical work, chatting with customers and have the ability to drive our junk trucks. We provide all the training, of course!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Location:
Meet at our Abbotsford office just off of Mt. Lehman every morning then drive around and service the area of Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Chilliwack, Mission, Maple Ridge, and Pitt Meadows.

Flexible Shifts:
Seasonal and Permanent Position offered
Part-Time or Full-Time Hours Available
We operate 7-days per week
We can accommodate many schedules whether you want to work 2 or 4 full-day shifts per week

Hours:
Typically 10+ hours each shift. We schedule a 10+ hour day to give you a 4 day work week!
Monday-Friday start time is 7:30am, Saturday start time is 8:00am, Sunday is 9:00am. You must be able to work the entire shift

Pay: Springs highest earner so far was $30/ hour for a two week pay!
Average Pay range = Base rate of $16 plus your tips and bonus, most earn $18-$24/ hr

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES:

• Shifts start at 7:30am on weekdays, 8AM on Saturday, 9AM on Sunday. Must be able to start at the beginning of shift and work till the day is done.
• Driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a partner
• Provide top-notch customer service experience at each and every stop
• Removing unwanted items from the customer’s premises by physically loading items into the back of our truck
• Recycle, donate and dispose of items picked up at the appropriate facilities
• Plan your day like a small business owner! Control your own revenues, costs and logistics, and be rewarded for running a tight ship through a daily bonus/profit share
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE COMPANY

• A valid standard class N (or higher) driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history
• You have a great attitude, are reliable, and are goal-driven
• You are physically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
