Job description: Fulltime days position in Welland
Looking for a hard worker and fast learner to join a manufacturing team. This position starts as soon as possible. This is for a company that makes conveyor belts. You will be working in the punch department.
Job Responsibilities:
- using a punch press
- assisting in rolling and unrolling sheets of rubber
- assisting machine operators and shipping department
- sorting materials and orders
- various general labour duties
Job Requirements:
- Must have steel toed shoes/boots
- Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to work on a face paced environment
- This position is not on a public transit route so you must have reliable transportation
- Candidates must be able to start immediately
Shifts: 8am to 4: 30pm, Mondays to Fridays
