As a merchandiser, this job will give you the opportunity to directly influence the merchandising initiative’s development, to optimize displays and produce professional reports.

Employment Status: Depending on the function you have in the team, you can either have fixed hours or varied ones, with the possibility for varied ones to be increased.

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm. No evenings, no weekends!

Main Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores for merchandising purposes
• Follow instructions from the planogram, optimize facing
• Create solid relationships with important in-store employees like managers
• Complete all reports from your shift by filling the daily reports including pictures and accomplished tasks.

Qualifications

General Requirements:

• Merchandising experience in grocery stores is an asset
• Ability to read and understand the instructions and planogram
• Dynamic, energetic and motivated
• Flexible and versatile
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Great organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize

Other Requirements:

• Drivers license and an exclusive access to a reliable vehicle
• Good with extended period of driving (occasionally)
• Ability to stand and work for long period of time
• At ease with working in a team dynamic
