McCain Foods (Canada) is currently seeking a General Operator to join our Team in Florenceville-Bristol, N.B. for the Fall Harvest.

DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Truck Driver – Class 3 (Air Brakes) – (Would be an asset)
• Operate Tractor, SS Loader, Forklift – (Would be an asset)
• Pesticide License (not required but would be an asset)
• Background in Agriculture would be an asset
• Capable of performing General Maintenance
• Pick Rocks, Cut Grass
• Responsible for following all safety requirements
• Able to operate equipment if necessary – (would be an asset)
• Working in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to work well with others and supervision
• Team player with excellent attendance
• Highly motivated, observant with good initiative and a positive attitude
• Willing and able to work long hours and weekends
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must follow “Good Manufacturing Practices” (GMP’s)
• Grade 12 education or GED would be an asset
• Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate “safety first” on a continual basis
• All additional duties as they become assigned
