• Starting Wage: $16.55/hr.
• Shift premiums for the 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. shift and 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. shift
• Department premiums for Shipping & Receiving, Maintenance and Sortation

What you’ll do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

• Preparing merchandise to flow through the Distribution Centre to be shipped to our stores
• Adhere to our ‘Smart Work Methods’ operating processes and standards
• Verify recorded information through manual checks and/or by updating the computer system
• Performs de-assembly of carton packages and separates merchandise while contributing to lay-up efficiency
• Accurately sorts and pack merchandise according to purchase order with a heavy focus in our shipping, receiving and sortation departments

What you’ll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• No minimum educational requirements
• No previous work experience required; we’ll train you!
• Effective communication to capture information and interact optimally with other Associates, Supervisors and truck drivers.
• Work well independently and as a team member
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency when working with merchandise
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job (i.e. able to lift up to 50 lbs)

• Location: Brampton /Mississauga Shift: 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday – Thursday 10.5/hrs
• Location: Brampton/ Mississauga Shift: 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m Friday – Sunday 12.5/hrs
• Location: Brampton/ Mississauga Shift: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m Monday – Thursday 10.5/hrs
