OMERS and Oxford are compliant in both procedures and adherence to the Rapid Antigen Testing mandate currently being rolled-out across the country.

The Guest Experience Representative supports the Rapid Testing efforts for Oxford Properties’ various sites. The individual will act as a first point of contact to OMERS and Oxford employees as they enter the test facilities and will guide the flow of traffic throughout the day. Working alongside other members of the team, you will greet staff, track results, update databases and fulfil reporting requirements. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Partnering with site employees to support Rapid Antigen Testing in Oxford Properties-owned commercial real-estate properties (shopping malls and office towers) across Canada

Greet employees and direct the flow of traffic to ensure an efficient processing of tests

Provide superior customer service in answering basic questions from participants

Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the team and clients.

Shift times and hours: Monday, Thursday and potentially Saturday (10 hours per day)

Hourly rate is $20/hour

Location: 1 Kingsway Garden Mall Northwest, Edmonton, AB T5G 3A6

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, reliability, accuracy and efficiency are required

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Programs
