Our Guest Service Attendants are a part of a vibrant team committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests. With flexible schedule options, attendants work casually during events such as concerts and entertainment events as required and are primarily evenings and weekends with some day shifts at the Esplanade or Co-op Place.

- Has excellent customer service skills and communicates effectively with the public and other staff.
- Will welcome guests: Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Be available for Facility Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting environment, ensuring our guests feel comfortable and cared for.
- Is a creative Problem Solver: Handle guest concerns and issues promptly, finding creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Has a Team Collaboration Mindset: Work closely with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Possesses Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Is able to monitor and operate security systems, cash register, computers and applicable software, including point of sale and web-based sales.
- Has demonstrated basic math skills and basic accounting practices with a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of Grade 12 or High School equivalency diploma.
- One (1) to three (3) months experience providing customer service including handling of cash and credit transactions.
