We are looking for a dymanic, energetic leader to fill the role of Head Coach / Assistant Program Director!
In this role, you will coach approximately 20 – 25 KidStrong classes per week and also perform 10 hours per week of leadership and administrative functions.
This is not your regular 9-5 job! We run our classes evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will work Sunday through Thursday with Friday’s and Saturday’s off.
The Head Coach / Assistant Program Director will take the lead on our ancillary programming such as KidStrong camp, birthday parties, parents night out and team training. They will also be responsible for our social media accounts!
They will be provided with a comprehnsive training program, learning all aspects of the business to be positioned as the next Program Director!
Candidates should possess a certification in either fitness, early childhood education or coaching.
Experience coaching ages 14 months to 11 years old is preferred. Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required as we will provide a comprehensive training program.
