Job Description
Timbro Contracting is seeking a full time, ambitious, and skilled Heavy Civil Construction Foreman. As a Foreman you will be responsible for being the lead hand and working with the daily activities of a construction site in a safe and productive manner. We are expecting you to have solid experience in construction, great interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, work well under pressure and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings, contract documents, and tender documents to develop construction plans for your crew.
- Lead construction site ensuring workers follow to construction plans efficiently and safely.
- Prepare and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, project managers, engineers, and clients in a professional manner.
- Develop daily reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience safely leading and managing crews and equipment in a civil construction environment.
- Experience in underground utilities is a must.
- Experience in roadwork and earthwork is an asset.
- Ability to operate all types of heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner.
