Job description: Jacob Bros Construction is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects throughout the lower mainland, BC. This position is not suitable for entry level operators.

Shifts are typically 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days per week.

Must be currently living in the Greater Vancouver or Fraser Valley areas and available for in-person interviews.

No phone calls please.

Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment including Excavators, Dozers, Skid-steer and Backhoe loaders to meet production targets
• Performs daily safety and maintenance checks
• Other labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Three (3) years proven operating experience for a privately held or family-owned general contracting business
• Valid BC driver’s license
• Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
• No rotations or LOA will be given
