Job description: The Essity Professional Hygiene business is currently searching for a Hygiene Advisor. The Hygiene Advisor will be responsible for actively supporting the sales process and sales target achievement by influencing key decision makers, providing clinical/hygiene expertise, elevating the TORK brand with hygiene critical end customers and building relationships with the relevant thought leadership communities. This role will be critical in driving the commercialization of our hand and surface hygiene products and solutions across all customer segments (healthcare, industry, commercial and HoReCa) with a focus on hygiene critical environments. This role will directly report into the Sales Hygiene organization, with dotted line reporting to business unit Marketing. The ideal candidate will be based in the Western region .

What You Will Do
- Provide hygiene expertise to support the successful sell in of TORK hygiene products including but not limited to soap, hand sanitizer, hand towels, and services.
- Provide expert clinical consultation and education to existing and potential end-customers to improve hygiene outcomes.
- Actively support all phases of the selling process for assigned geography from consideration through close in collaboration with the Professional Hygiene sales organization and distributor sales representatives.
- Focus on leading trials and proving outcomes at end-customers through a strong influencing role working with both clinical and business key decision makers
- Conduct internal training sessions for the professional hygiene sales organization and external training sessions for distributors to enhance selling capabilities.
- Create and own relationships with key thought and opinion leaders in partnership with segment sales and marketing teams.
- Working closely with Professional Hygiene marketing team, contribute to the development of annual plans and campaigns.
- Advocate for industry-wide investments in improved hygiene outcomes as an active member of the thought-leadership community
- Participate with Professional Hygiene product, services, and segment cross functional meetings to continuously improve the hygiene and clinical outcome component of the TORK value proposition.
Who You Are
- (7-10) years of experience in technical sales and/or in direct clinical setting
- Direct clinical or hygiene background desired. (i.e. nursing, infection prevention, food preparation safety, HAACP, etc.)
- Capable to thrive in a goal-centric growth-oriented sales objective role
- Possess clinical, hygiene or technical training experience
- Tertiary qualification in nursing, science, food safety or related discipline preferred
- Have membership and relationships with critical associations and thought leader communities preferred
- Able to engage with both clinical and business key decision makers at end-customers
- A passion for teamwork, and an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Can learn product and clinical information swiftly and communicate effectively to our customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Language skills (varies per region)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
