This is a great opportunity for a CEGEP or University student, looking to grow their finance or accounting work experience in the corporate finance team of Reitmans (Canada) Limited.

A temporary contact, that allows you to work part-time to accommodate your school schedule.

Reporting to the Manager of Import Payables, you will be part of the team responsible for the seamless management of all transactions and payments related to Imports. As the Import Payables Clerk, you ensure payments to vendors are processed accurately and on time and through correct payment channels.

• Check and match invoices against the emails received;
• Run diverse reports to ensure all invoices are logged for payment;
• Organize the invoices for payments;
• Send out weekly payment details to teams cross company.

Qualifications

• Working towards a DEC or BAC in Finance, Commerce or related fields;
• Minimum 6 months relatable experience;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Bilingual
