Job description: Our large Agriculture client is looking for an Intermediate (5+ years) Recruiter to grow database of IT candidates through multiple channels.
Must Have’s:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically with an IT focus.
- Strong experience and comfort level in cold-calling, networking, and reaching out to referrals.
- Experience with Linkedin- Linkedin recruiter experience would be an asset.
- Strong ability to communicate with Senior managers and Director level leadership to gauge their requirements.
