Job Description

We are currently hiring an Intern Analyst for 4 months starting in September 2021 within Business Transformation.

The Intern Analyst will work in one of the most exciting areas of Finance, Analytics & Risk accountable for overseeing the implementation of large-scale Business Transformation initiatives.

The Intern Analyst will:

• Support the implementation of the Performance Attribution Framework initiative that provides a holistic assessment of value generation for the Fund
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies and enable agility and scalability
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, facilitation of meetings, minute-taking and other related activities

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

• Candidates in an undergraduate or Master’s program specializing in business, finance or accounting who will be returning to school after the intern term are eligible to apply.
• Individuals with a strong track record of success in academics with a balance of extra-curricular activities.
• Team players who have the desire to continue to learn, grow and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Future colleagues who are driven to take on responsibility at an early stage in their careers and who are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Students with interest in accounting, finance and investing, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who often combine energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity with a strong skill-set in thought leadership and relationship building.
• The ideal candidate will have some accounting technical skills and some experience in financial statement reporting and governance practices and controls. They are driven to identify issues and think of creative solutions.
