Job Description
We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic team member to support Business and Financial Analysis across our Enterprise Technology & Services team (ETS). Our global team provides technical services and products to employees across Manulife and John Hancock.
Your role within the team will be dynamic. You will (among other things):
- Producing analytics and reporting to understand infrastructure consumption trends
- Support leaders to manage IT like a business
- Identify and track savings opportunities
- Model complex financial and IT data to support a fully costed service model
In perfect world, you have experience with Software licensing and Infrastructure Outsourcing contracts
While your responsibilities may vary according to current activities and team needs, you can expect to:
- Gain exposure to new technology, team dynamics and relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Work independently and as part of a team to strengthen yourself personally and professionally
- Manage, deliver and enhance reporting and analytics tools and processes
- Work with internal team to identify, design, develop and execute on reporting and analytic needs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as a Business or Financial Analyst in an IT organization
- Experience working with senior leaders and external vendors
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerBI, and Powerpoint
- Experience working with SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
