Job description: Audacia Ventures Inc. is seeking a full-time, experienced IT Development Manager (NOC 0213) to help manage various web-based development projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams in development and business intelligence projects, work closely with management and stakeholders on current and potential technical issues, and using various analytics tools and databases to support full cycle project development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Manage the IT development team to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer software, networks, information systems, and IT platforms.

Track and perform business and data analysis to provide assessments on product performance and insights on areas of improvement.

Prepare Business Intelligence (BI) reports using tools including Tableau and SQL to transform raw data into business KPIs.

Responsible for cost estimation for IT projects’ budget and expenditure control.

Work closely with management and internal teams to identify needs and develop IT solutions to support development initiatives.

Recruit, train, and lead the IT development team with strong leadership and guidance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant disciplines

5+ years experience managing project development teams

Experience with Tableau, SQL, Java, MicroStrategy, and Oracle Database.

Experience in building IT platforms, databases, servers, and operating systems.

Experience with developing systems to support payment (bonus if cryptocurrencies are supported), CRM, and data management.

Experience with managing cloud services using AWS or Azure, including dockers, containers, kubernetes, etc.

Experience with project management using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Innovative, strategic thinker with advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Solid knowledge of emerging technologies and can apply them to the company’s critical organizational goals.

Knowledgeable of project management with ability to provide effective and motivational leadership.

Strong mathematical, communication, and analytical skills.

Works well with other developers in a team environment.

Talented in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Experience mentoring junior members of the team.
