Role and Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Operations Integrator, your will integrate new services, products, or platforms for the SecOps team to operate them. Alongside managerial assistance, you will ensure that the team can manage and operate these new services, products, and platforms. You will also act as SME for solutions owned and monitored by the Security department and envision its evolution and maintenance.

For this, you will have to:

  • Participate in the RACI elaboration and the documentation of processes with different project teams while respecting our team’s scope.
  • Act as an expert and continually review the configuration on Email Security; Network Access Control; SD-WAN; PKI; Identity and Access Management: SAP IDM, AD; EndPoint Security; Mobile Device Management; Perimeter Protection: FW, Web Proxy, WAF, IPS, LB; Privilege Access Management.
  • Identify and define system security requirements.
  • Provide third-level support, including evaluation, consultation, and solution implementation.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Offer team training on the upcoming new technologies.
  • Occasionally, consolidate information in reports.
  • Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.
  • Work across teams to promote security standards and act as a Cyber Security ambassador.

During a typical day as a SecOps Integrator, you will: * Collaborate with Project teams to build operational models for new services, products, or platforms.

  • Work with the Infrastructure teams to solve any POCs, issues, or troubleshooting related to Security Operations.
  • Work with the Information Security Manager to establish global Group Security Operations by providing insights on documentation, creating policies, and building frameworks.
  • Execute, monitor, and document IR’s end-to-end (from identification to post-mortem) as a responder and owner of IR for Information Security.
  • Support and supply required evidence to Compliance and Legal teams according to the company’s Privacy and Security regulations.
  • Support other Security initiatives such as internal audits, application security initiatives, and ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Continuously and proactively enhance Security tools to render them dynamic and adaptive to the current Security state.

Qualifications * You can apply creative solutions to an environment in perpetual evolution.

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology and the security domain.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Web Proxy, NAC, Endpoint security, IPS, WAF, and Email Security platforms.
  • You are also experienced in risk assessment and bring a good knowledge of tools, technologies, and methods.
  • You also have a good understanding of standards, regulations, and laws like NIST, GDPR, and ISO.
  • You can identify and mitigate vulnerabilities as well as explain how to avoid them.
  • You are fluent in English.
