Job description:

• Manage an IT team (5-6 developers)
• Plan, evaluate and ensure the successful completion of different projects
• Provide the necessary training in relation to tools / architectures as well as in the implementation of new practices
• Take care of communication with users, on a daily basis and in projects
• Take charge of projects by establishing targets, practices, management
• Master the entire software development, understand the different components and their impact on the quality of projects
• Stay informed of IT news
• Interact occasionally with different suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in application development, ERP and application architecture
• Good command of .NET technologies
• Excellent knowledge of continuous delivery processes (DevOps)
• Oriented towards team development
• Fluent in french (oral & written)

Expected salary: $100000 – 120000 per year

Location: Montreal, QC
