We are looking for freelance/independent contractors to work with us as Field Service Technician’s to provide remedial support, on occasion, for our customers in the Dryden area.
This is a perfect opportunity for Field Service Technician’s looking to augment their work, business, or freelance income on an on-going permanent part-time basis. Some weekday scheduling availability is a must.

Typical Responsibilities Might Include:
- Wi-Fi surveys
- IMAC’s (routers, access points, sensors, racks, servers, workstations/kiosks, etc.)
- Site inspections
- Networking issues
- Cabling (phones, access points, etc.)
- Troubleshoot/Repair Lexmark, HP, Epson, Brother printers and scanners
- Troubleshoot/Repair desktops and notebooks
- IMACs (Install displays, workstations, kiosks, point-of-sale, security, sensors, etc.)
- Hardware installation including mounting large displays and audio/video equipment
- Basic cabling of VoIP devices, Wi-Fi access points and switches
- Troubleshooting of IT related issues with the help of our highly knowledgeable remote team
Technology Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Office365 administration experience
- Experience working with VMWare or other Virtualized Server Environments
- Experience working with: Firewalls, VPNs & Wi-Fi (Eg. SonicWall, Cisco & Meraki)
- Microsoft Windows Desktop and migrations experience
Requirements:
- 3-5 yrs Industry experience as an IT Engineer, Network Engineer, or Systems Administrator
- Diploma/certificate in Information Technology or similar
- Solid background in Network Administration and Architecture
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis during and outside of business hours
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the local client
