Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Operations and IT Services Deliveries, the incumbent based in Montreal will be responsible for:

• Ensure, on an ongoing basis, the development, maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructures;
• Work closely with the architecture team to develop solutions;
• Provide functional leadership to infrastructure analysts within the team;
• Provide leadership in automation and continuous deployment best practices (DEVOPS);
• Carry out several large-scale projects simultaneously and ensure their deadlines and budgets;
• Regularly conduct workshops with stakeholders from different projects, in agile mode;
• Diagnose, perform and document the correction of problems relating to the proper functioning of technologies.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills:

• Relevant college or university diploma related to the position;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure analysis / management;
• Ability to write and analyze technical specifications and calls for tenders;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: team player, diplomat, customer approach;
• Knowledge of the DEVOPS methodology (essential);
• Knowledge of the ITIL reference framework (an asset);
• Knowledge of KCS and AGILE methodologies (an asset);
• Experience or knowledge of the transport sector (an asset);
• Bilingual (French / English).

You will also need to have the following technical knowledge:

• Windows environment (Server 2008 to 2006, Active Directory, etc.);
• Cloud environment (O365, Azure, etc.);
• PowerShell scripting;
• Network knowledge (Router / Switch / Access Point, VOIP, Protocols, etc.);
• Knowledge of virtualization (VmWare).
