Miles HR has an opportunity for an experience IT Manager to lead the IT operations and services and provide ongoing strategic planning to support this well-established and growing organization located in Surrey.

About the Role:

  • Lead data protection strategy, including business continuity, systems back up, storage and archiving
  • Provide analytics and reporting strategy
  • Develop and execute the IT strategic plan, security program and annual operating plan
  • Lead network and IT security functions
  • Implement and manage all technology migrations and intigrations
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
  • Meet financial objectives and prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures and analyze variances

About You:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • 5+ years recent IT Management experience
  • Recent proven experience in Systems implementation and supervision of technical staff
  • Experience of systems support with physical servers and cloud servers
  • Experience with windows domain on virtualized hyperV servers, network storage, NAS
  • Solid knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery procedures
  • Understanding of system performance monitoring and administration experience for Windows based desktops, laptops, servicers and Mac environment
  • Experience managing enterprise email system, cloud-based file share and centralized network printing
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
