Hiring Range: $72,000 to $75,000 annually, including a benefits plan, pension plan, 3 weeks paid vacation and professional development opportunities.
(CFCC) is a national non-profit organization that builds health, belonging and social justice in low-income communities across Canada through the power of food. We believe food can bring people together to build skills and improve physical and mental health, and create the opportunity for greater equity and social change. We provide ideas, resources and a proven approach to partner organizations so they can establish responsive, financially stable Community Food Centres that support people to grow, cook, share, and advocate for good food for all. CFCC also works with the broader food movement to build greater capacity and to empower communities to work toward a healthy and fair food system. Our vision is a Canada that treats food as a basic human right.
CFCC has embarked on a $50M national campaign to develop community food centres in 20 communities across Canada, innovate new approaches to addressing food insecurity and advocate for positive change for low-income communities.
CFCC is seeking an IT Manager who wants the challenge of streamlining the use and data flow of various IT applications to enable smoother processes and better reporting in a fairly new organization.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure and design: Identify technology needs and create a strategy for technology integration, adoption, and support successful implementation and training.
Planning and Project Management: Lead on the IT project planning and management in collaboration with the operations team and the organization as whole.
Database: Responsible for database system management (Netsuite, Salesforce, Engaging Networks, Survey Monkey Apply/Grant Management System). Work with other departments to review user requirements, identify training needs, and enhance user adoption.
IT team lead: Support the IT Tech and Application Support Analyst in Help Desk troubleshooting other complex issues.
Resource Management: Manage external contractors related to IT services such as the database developer and others.
Security and compliance: Ensure systems and processes are compliant with data privacy and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
7+ years relevant work experience
Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or related education or work experience
Salesforce experience (administration intermediate level)
Experience planning and designing strategic technical solutions for organizations
Experience working with databases and other applications (Box, Dropbox, Google Apps, MS Office) including data migrations, data cleansing, integrations, campaign testing and report customization.
Experience managing multiple projects across multiple stakeholders with demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
Proven track record supporting staff to successfully adopt and use new technologies.
Experience with Engaging Networks and Zoho an asset
Skill in web design and development an asset
Competence in computer programming, coding, or scripting languages an asset
Understanding of and desire to contribute to the mission of Community Food Centres Canada
