We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Project Manager with a large spectrum of experience working across multiple business verticals in a rapidly evolving environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive consistency and ensure we deliver a great client experience. You will drive conversations that enable IT to deliver business outcomes and communicate the health of our services. You will develop a practical understanding of services across IT and the business units they support, and use this knowledge to drive consistency in delivery and ensure we are working on the right projects at the right time to meet business needs. You will help develop meaningful metrics to drive continual improvement across our services. You will facilitate meetings related to all governance services, designed to encourage discussion and review of service health, project and program alignment to goals, and cross-functional complexities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate with IT leaders, Service Owners and Service Managers to establish IT Service Management framework
- Facilitate Service Reviews and Portfolio Review sessions
- Exhibit critical thinking by seeing outcomes and providing direction when there are multiple stakeholders and solutions
- Demonstrate consultative skills in solving problems by using analytical and critical thinking
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Develop and analyze functional specifications
- Drive operational metrics to measure service health
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Help drive digital transformation through operational process improvement
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- Exhibit PHD – Passion, Heart, Drive
- 3+ years’ experience managing IT projects
- ITIL, Service Management and Release Management experience in a technology setting
- Portfolio Management experience in a technology setting
- Experience with Agile and Scrum
- Strong interpersonal skills in communicating (written and oral), collaborating and team building
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Data analysis experience a plus
- Ability to work with people of all roles and levels
- Effective listening is a key requirement for this role
- Ability to influence business stakeholders
- Comfortable holding others accountable for delivery
- Ability to bring others together to work towards a common goal
- Eager to learn and excited to work on projects across the IT portfolio
- Strategic thinker with eye towards continual improvement
