Deliver a diverse portfolio comprising several simultaneous midsize (3-6 month) ​financial services operational projects (in waterfall) managing various business stakeholders and technology resources in matrix mode. Create and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure project completion is on time, on budget and within scope​. Develop and manage project resource plan and project dependencies. Oversee allocation of personnel and resources. Monitor implementation efforts to ensure that business risks are identified and solutions are recommended. Manage stakeholder and project team expectations and ensure that the deliverables align to business needs. Apply internal standards around procedures, documentation and quality control measures. Partner with peers to resolve cross-functional project issues​

Must have requirement(s):
Ability to effectively manage several complex projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)Initiative, autonomy and leadership.
Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agility and ability to deliver project artifcats to tight deadlines​.Experience using project management and budget planning
software.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with teams and management.
Strong team building skills and capacity to align and motivate resources to work together as a team and to accomplish the project.
Working Knowledge of fundamental project management practice, life cycle phases, processes, methodologies (waterfall) tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization’s context.
Experience delivering and managing projects in a matrix environment coordinating the contributions of non-dedicated technical project resources and aligning multiple clients/stakeholders​

Technologies required:
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite/ ​365, SharePoint​ Expertise with project & budget planning tools such as Clarity, MS Project.
Experience managing projects centered on financial systems like Oracle E-Business or Hyperion, Essbase etc.​
