A bit about the role & team | the opportunity

Our team provides solutions with an emphasis on customer service to the rest of the company to keep them functioning efficiently with the technological tools they need to do their jobs. You’ll be part of a team that includes more senior co-ops, as well as senior full-time staff who are always happy to help with a problem.

Highlight of your responsibilities

  • Assist IT with service incidents, requests, and problem reports
  • Troubleshoot PC’s, printers, network, VPN, and remote desktop
  • Workstation administration and system setup
  • Onboarding new employees and offboarding the ones that leave
  • Install and configure applications, diagnose software faults and solve technical and application problems
  • Undertake IT tasks and follow them to completion

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

  • Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and repair, knowledge of active directory and exchange
  • Good interpersonal, customer service and support skills

Expected salary: $18.03 – 22.84 per hour
