In your role, you will

Business demand to Architecture

– Apply system thinking “big picture”, develop an end to end understanding of business and IT demand, vision and best practices

– Control, evaluate and prioritize business demand in collaboration with BBD functions applying an end to end view

– Translate business needs into IT requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with BBD strategy, securing high quality standard

– Validate and evaluate IT architecture against requirements

– Initiate projects including effort estimation according to project management framework in coordination with other IT departments

– Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals considering the service roadmap

– Lead the creation of functional designs to improve or develop standard IT solutions and services

– Promote standardization, integration and foster innovation

– Be a role model for integration with other analysts, architects and application specialists representing different functions

– Drive the definition and adherence of business case of new solutions and services

– Definition and monitoring of KPIs measuring the business impact

– Represent the interface to the BBD divisions into IT for the respective solution and service

Solution definition and transition to service

– Understand the key stakeholders’ interests and motivations and develop individual strategies to build support for the change

Content lead for delivery of projects,

Contribute to a solution enabling the business to create value using IT standard solutions at optimal cost

Drive implementation standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies according to BBD function definitions

Support definition of change management scope of IT projects

Manage the end user adoption and business process support process

Maintain key user networks and drive adoption of users towards standard solutions

Ensure integration of IT services across functions supported by IT Applications and IT Infrastructure

Innovation and continuous improvements of IT solutions and services

– Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them and influence the roadmap

Ensure end-to-end service performance is aligned and meet the SLA, supported by IT Applications and Infrastructure

–
Define and report on a regularly basis KPIs to identify improvement potential.

Support the business in benefit analysis for the business case

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

– You have a University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or comparable qualification.
–
You have minimum 10 years of experience

–
You have working experience in the field of Architecture, Applications or Business / IT Consulting in the field of Procurement

–
You have proven record of mapping business needs into IT solutions/ services. This position is requesting very depth knowledge of the business processes and IT applications in order to be able to link them in the most efficient way. Any misalignment will result in business productivity loss. The position owner must understand the business strategy and convert it in process improvements supported by standard IT solutions.

You have very profound expertise in the area of Procurement processes in a complex project environment.

You have experience in managing change and end user adoption.

–
You have strong influencing skills in order to identify business needs and translate them into requirements and IT solutions

You have leadership skills and in-depth knowledge is key for this position. It will require the ability to address and discuss solutions with a wide range of profiles including management.

You have highly structured and organization skills.

You have very strong analytical skills.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You have excellent influential and relationship management skills.

–
You have communication skills and the ability to present, convince, negotiate, and influence a wide range of people including management.

You have a good level of English (speaking and writing).

You have ability to speak and write fluent Business English. Any other language is an asset.

You have well balanced experience in SAP4HANA, SAP Ariba and Procurement processes as well as IT/ ERP project delivery (full project lifecycle experience).

–
You have experience in working in manufacturing industry is beneficial.
