Position Overview:

The IT Specialist will deliver impact as the Ops team’s first full-time IT professional! The successful candidate will collaborate with different departments to establish and support IT systems and processes for an organization approaching 100 employees. It will be your job to start and maintain our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, hardware assets and in-office wifi, the onboarding and offboarding of employees, implementing SSO, driving other security efforts, and much more.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Specialist or related role
• Analytical and enthusiastic mindset for solving IT problems and delivering solutions
• Experience with support and administration of computers and other hardware assets
• Strong working knowledge of Apple ecosystem and macOS
• Experience with remotely supporting, installing, configuring and troubleshooting different applications
• Knowledge and application of IT security best practices
• Passionate about employee experience and building a world-class IT department
• Experience starting and maintaining IT inventory and automated IT processes
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
• A degree from a real school (Not Greendale Community College – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyFX480S6jM)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Jamf, Fleetsmith, Vanta, and/or Drata
• Previous experience in a hyper-growth startup
