Experience we need:

• Experience working with Salesforce & have Salesforce Administrator Certificate or SF certificates
• 2-5 years of experience working with SDOC’s and DocuSign Templates
• 2-5 years of experience with CRM/patient management systems
• 2-5 years of experience in a Call Centre
• Strong computer skills in a Windows environment using Excel, Word
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Role requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service to all parties requesting the creation or editing of Template requests within Salesforce – Ticketing System – Salesforce Lightning
• Working on templates towards the target dates for completion and able to stick to tight deadlines
• Create and maintain all templates required to support Patient Support Programs using third-party/custom tools including S-Docs, DocuSign and other future integrated tools to support our patient support programs
• Respond to incoming support cases, emails from staff, regarding the use and functionality of the templates.
• Working with members of the Business Information Systems team to complete templates and initiatives
• Meet, exceed, and help establish performance metrics
