Job description: Position Summary: IT Support Specialist
- As IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for managing hardware and software for a global remote team and providing them technical support.
- Work in Eastern Standard Time, to maximize overlap with team members in Europe and on the American West Coast.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees by providing them with the appropriate hardware and software, managing delivery and purchases are required
- Create new and maintain existing User Accounts in AD
- Collaborate with the core technology group to maintain the company on premise and cloud-based infrastructure including AWS, VPN, AD, GSuite, Perforce
- Provide remote support for employees for software and hardware issues
- Maintain hardware specifications and inventory, and software licenses and memberships
- Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and employee guidelines
- Proactively explore solutions to make IT processes more efficient
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an IT support role
- Working knowledge of Azure AD and G Suite administration
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Well-organized and maintains high standards even under pressure
- Ability to adapt to change
- Good communication skills in English (and additional languages a plus)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with hardware and software used in the game development industry
- Great interpersonal skills
