As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting virtual endpoint creation, managing and updating gold image workstations in AWS (Amazon), AVD (Microsoft), and Horizon (VMware).

Your Mission:

you will implement new features and functionalities on endpoints. Working closely with various business departments and IT teams, you will contribute to the evolution of our global endpoints environment, spanning over 100+ sites and 35+ countries, serving both internal and external clients with diverse workloads.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business departments and IT teams to gather requirements on a business level.
• Propose tailored solutions in line with business needs, working closely with IT teams.
• Create, manage, and support virtual gold images in AVD (Microsoft), Workspace (Amazon), and Horizon (VMware).
• Troubleshoot and provide support for these environments.
• Contribute to the evolution of endpoint solutions, utilizing the latest technologies available on the market.
• Develop, document, plan, structure, and lead initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Knowledge of cloud administration (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Proficiency in imaging concepts and technologies.
• Experience in software packaging and automation.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, ITIL methodologies, and processes
