Job title: IT System Integrator Specialist

Job description: Reporting to the IT Shared Services Team Leader, under the “Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure and Operations” vice-presidency, the successful candidate shall be responsible for implementation, coordination, integration and problem resolution under the IT environments management team.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Be a specialist in a team covering the various test environment management services, such as implementation, maintenance, diagnostics and problem solving.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and planning of test environment requirements, while meeting IT delivery schedules.
• Support and coordinate ecosystem implementation, the consolidation of implementation plans, and deployment.
• Ensure coordination and integration of constantly evolving requirements, and support for these test ecosystems.
• Represent the team at a technical level for new test environment requirements, interfacing with external partners, departments and vice-presidencies, initiating and proposing recommendations, solutions and improvement plans.
• Participate in different advisory committees with internal partners and external suppliers.
• Propose and maintain a development plan for maturity, methods and processes in line with budgetary guidelines and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with environmental management standards and procedures.
• Follow and participate as needed in forums/discussion sites and others enquiring about industry trends and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to the compliance of our work processes, methods and tools, while maintaining a balanced customer experience.
• Develop, propose and implement various improvement plans related to the environment management sector.
• Ensure, propose, maintain, analyze and develop performance and compliance indicators.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in test ecosystems in the IT sector.
• Excellent knowledge of IT architectures.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC architectures and/or components.
• Experience in upgrades and migration for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA components.
• Minimum development experience (SAP OData and ABAP an asset).
• Experience with database management is an asset.
• Leadership and a high level of autonomy.
• A senior profile with a technical background and customer experience.
• Solid analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective, collaborative listening.
• Excellent tolerance for stress and ambiguity.
• Ability to develop a network of contacts quickly.
