Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Director, the incumbent based in Blainville will be responsible for:
- Respond to requests from company users and act as L1-L2 support;
- Manage network equipment, access rights, firewall, ticketing system;
- Ensure the preparation of workstations for new employees;
- Contribute to IT projects of the company;
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need the following technical knowledge:
- 1 year minimum experience as an IT technician / helpdesk;
- AEC or DEC or DEP in computer science;
- Knowledge of Windows server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.);
- Knowledge of Office365;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Demonstrate solid autonomy;
- Hold a valid driver’s license and a car (for emergency travel only).
