Job Description

Under the authority of the IT support Manager, the IT technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the workstations, software and peripherals as well as 2nd level support for users of AIM and its divisions.

• Install, test and update computer equipment (work stations, peripherals, programs and software)
• Provide second level technical support, on site and remotely;
• Ensure maintenance, administration and security of the equipment;
• Support portable communication equipment (phones / tablets);
• Escalate incidents and follow up with users;
• Communicate with users, by phone, email or in person, to identify, resolve and document incidents;
