Job description: Work within a dynamic IT and ITSM operations team by ensuring daily activities and continuous improvements, mainly in the change management process and by participating, on an ad hoc basis, in certain incident, configuration and problem management activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Actively participate in the operations and improvement of the change management process;
– Participate in the preparation and conduct of change review meetings and CABs;
– Promote the ITIL, DEVOPS and Agile processes in place in a context of continuous improvement;
– Accompany users in understanding the processes and in applying the procedures in effect;
– Identify, evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and procedures;
– Participate in the analysis and prioritization of requests for improvement of the ticketing tool;
– Participate in the updating of process and procedure documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education
– Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or an acceptable combination of a college degree and relevant experience;
– ITIL v3 or V4 Foundation certification is an asset.

Experience
– Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT Service Management role;
– Experience with change management operations is a major asset;
– Ticket management platform (ServiceNow, Remedy, SDE, C2). Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset.

Knowledge
– ITIL process for incident, change, configuration and problem management;
– Notions of DEVOPS, Lean and Agile;
– Bilingual (French and English).

Skillful
– Ability to maintain good relationships at all levels of the company;
– Excellent ability to operate ITIL processes, mainly change management;
– Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail;
– Proactive person with a sense of initiative and a good team spirit;
– Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm while working under pressure;
– Ability to adapt to change and a fast-paced environment;
– Ability to adapt to change and a fast-paced environment; Customer satisfaction and high quality standards;
– Integrity and professional ethics are a must;
– Ability to negotiate and influence.
