Position Summary:
To help fuel our growth, we are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Technology team. You will own the quality bar of our products and will work on solving the biggest testing challenges at Trulioo. You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will be responsible to work both in the manual and automation testing activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, execute, monitor manual and automated tests to analyze and publish results and interpretation, within scheduled deadlines
  • Set up test data as required to reproduce issues and execute positive, negative and edge case for both manual and automation testing
  • As needed, assist support with reproducing, diagnosing and resolving customer issues
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Key/Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with any of the following technologies: C#, .Net, Java, Javascript, JSON, SQL, HTML
  • Demonstrated experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN, Mercurial
  • Proficient in the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of work or co-op experience performing Manual and Automation testing
  • BSc degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
