Job description: Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is a national leader in land development and residential construction. We are currently looking for Labourers to perform a variety of construction-related duties at our new multi-family site in Kelowna, BC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and preparation of work-sites
• Setting braces to support the sides of excavations
• Erecting scaffolding
• Cleaning up rubble and debris
• Removing of waste materials
• Moving construction-related material
• Other labourer duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a related position
• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Willing and able to work long hours in a fast-paced, physical environment
