Job title: Level 2 IT Technician

Job description: Alteo is looking for an IT Technician Level 2 for a permanent position.

*** Company located on the North Shore of Montreal, but 100% teleworking job ***

Responsibilities:

– Responding to client requests, managing the impacts and priorities of these requests
– Resolve or participate in the resolution of problems according to internal procedures
– Provide software and hardware support to users
– Follow up with customers on the progress of their requests.
– Document the interventions and update the information in our systems
– Proceed to the backup and restoration of data
– Install, configure and administer applications

Profile:

– AEC/DEC in computer science or equivalent
– 3+ years of relevant experience
– Experience in technical support of Windows environments
– Good knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)
– Sense of organization and priorities
– Concern for the quality of customer service
– Perfectly bilingual French English (Oral and written)
