We currently have an opportunity for a Location Assistant at our Richardson International Limited Port Terminal located in the port of Hamilton, ON. Reporting to the Director Operations, the Location Assistant will contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of an export grain terminal.

Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and vessels

Quality assessment, purchase, storage and shipping of grains

Operation of facility equipment and controls

Perform operations administrative functions

Facility maintenance and housekeeping

Qualifications:

Minimum of grade 12 or GED equivalency

Possess proven communication and interpersonal skills

Ambition and organizational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work shift work

Experience in agriculture and industrial plant operations is an asset
