Bureau Veritas is looking for a

Shipping Receiving Clerk
(Laboratory Service Centre)

As a Shipping Receiving Clerk (Sample Reception), your responsibilities are:

• Receive Samples submissions. Repack and ship to fixed lab locations
• Prepare sample collection supplies for clients
• Respond to some customer inquiries, requests & complaints
• Collaborate with fixed lab Customer Service Staff to ensure client needs are met
• Meet customer requirements per transaction

You are an ideal Shipping Receiving Clerk (Sample Reception), if you have:

• High School Diploma
• Completion of Grade12 Science is an asset
• General computer knowledge
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Occasional heavy lifting required
• Ability to work independently
• Previous laboratory experience an asset
• Able to deal positively with customer concerns
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• General understanding of the environmental industry
• Strong multi-tasking capability and comfortable with routine work
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Able to act professionally while working in a fast paced & changing environment
