The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all steps linked to the transport of goods worldwide with the objective of finding the most economical and reliable shipping solution in compliance with timelines, security, and safety of goods and people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate customs procedures
-Collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and representatives regarding
transport by air, ocean, import, and export of products to enhance the customer experience
-Ensure that the contracts with the various supply chain stakeholders are detailed and accurate
-Communicate with suppliers
-Coordinate orders
-Maintain all data concerning marine and air transportation and ensure updates are carried out in a
timely manner
-Monitor and trace shipments, search and resolve issues or anomalies related to billing or
shipping, communicate the right information at the right time to customers and suppliers
-Communicate logistic rules/process within the organization in a clear and concise manner
-Identify and communicate situations where packaging may require a particular design or
materials, specific rules or limitation as to quantity depending on the nature of the product and
according to the international regulations in force

QUALIFICATIONS
-3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the transportation field
-DEC or AEC in international business, transport logistics, or relevant experience
-Experience in direct import and export
-Knowledge in customs dealings (certificate of origin, bill of landing, commercial billing, etc.)
-Capacity to solve delicate client situations professionally and efficiently
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and where priorities change
-Team Spirit
-Customer service oriented
-Problem solving abilities
-Intermediate to advance knowledge in MS office
-Bilingual, French /English – spoken and written
-Experience in the field of third-party logistics (3PL) or storage and distribution will be considered as an asset
