We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator – Returns Specialist for 18 months contract position for a well-established company located in Mississauga. This is a long-term contract position with the opportunity for further extension, or consideration for a permanent role. The candidate will sit out of the Mississauga head office, and will be responsible to manage repacking operations for defective product returns and will assist the sales teams in the selling of non-repackaged items while overlooking the repacking operations for two warehouses remotely. The successful candidate will join a fun, energetic team that works hard and plays hard.

What YOU will be doing as a Logistics Coordinator – Returns Specialist:

– Oversee the end to end return process and repacking of all commercial returns and other products requiring repacking at 2 warehouses (1 nearby, and 1 remotely)
– QC grading of repackaged items/products
– Training repacking associates on proper repacking procedures
– Demonstrate Repacking process using box, shrink wrap and/or Styrofoam supplied from the factories
– Inventory coordination/maintenance of repackaging equipment (physical count and data management)
– Forecast inventory needed for upcoming projects/assignments
– Order management/purchasing of required repackaging equipment
– Monitoring and reporting KPI’s

What YOU bring to the role:

– Must have 3-5 logistics/warehouse experience
– SAP experience required
– MS Excel intermediate capabilities required (including pivot tables, filtering, data management)
– Understanding of product return process and repackaging
– Customer service experience
– Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet KPI’s
– Need to be passionate about work
