YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Logistics Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in a transformation project with the goal of implementing SAP S/4 in product distribution centres in North America. You will:
In your first weeks on the job:
- Become an expert in warehouse management processes for finished products in North America
- Build a network of contacts across BRP’s operations and teams of multidisciplinary partners
- Gain an understanding of BRP’s vision in order to ensure the alignment of physical and computer processes and develop optimal solutions
In the next three months:
- Act as the main representative for local sites and provide system requirements in workshops (SAP S/4, EWM, Analytics, etc.)
- Provide input for decision making on new processes in order to support the company vision and be responsive to the needs of local teams
- Leverage your knowledge of the future system to act as an agent of change in interactions with users
- Liaise between Operations and the project team
In the next year:
- Define the system’s master data and participate in tests
- Participate in the development of training materials and in drafting a plan for smooth deployment
- Support users and the project team in system deployment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business technology and systems management (information systems management [ISM]) or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant and substantial experience (supply chain management, manufacturing operations, systems and technology implementation, continuous improvement)
- Spoken and written bilingualism (English and French), advanced level (4/5)
- Knowledge of SAP (WM, MM, PP, TM) an asset
- Experience in project management an asset
