On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Manager, Administrative Services to join their team of dedicated professionals in Charlottetown, PEI.

Reporting to the CFO and Managing Partner, the Manager, Administrative Services will be responsible to direct the day-to-day operations of the local office including managing staff to ensure the provision of appropriate, consistent, timely and high-quality service to the firm’s clients and legal professionals. The Manager, Administrative Services will oversee and/or perform all local administrative tasks. This role will also involve all aspects of talent development, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, staff engagement, performance management and operational management relating to the firm’s legal and administrative support staff at the local office level.

As the ideal candidate, you are a driven professional possessing a minimum of five years related human resources and/or supervisory experience. Relevant experience working within a professional services environment will be preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be key to success in this role. Familiarity with basic accounting procedures will be considered an asset. With exceptional organization and interpersonal skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. A bachelors degree or community college certificate with a business concentration or equivalent training and experience is required.
