Job description: We are looking for a permanent, full-time Manager, Driver Education & Training Services (Class 5) in our Regina office to manage the development, delivery and evaluation of Saskatchewan’s driver training programs, policies and procedures for the Auto Fund. In this role, you will supervise the activities of a team of SGI employees in varying geographical areas involved in driver education, oversee the work delivered by third party driver instructors across Saskatchewan, provide direction to frontline employees on complex customer transactions and manage external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity. We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration or Commerce, Social Sciences or Education and a certificate in Adult Education. Candidates should have at least eight years’ experience comprised of four years leadership experience with increasing responsibility and four years’ experience in program delivery and facilitating training or adult education courses. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
